This series of coal cutters are suitable for gently inclined longwall mining face with coal seam thickness of 0.45-0.9m and dip angle of less than 35 degrees (when the dip angle is more than 15 degrees, the machine needs to add anti-skid device). In general mining face, it can be used with scraper conveyor and single hydraulic prop to realize mechanized mining of extremely thin coal seam. YRG4 is the upgraded version of YRG3, with better quality and performance.
